Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer assistance by phone, by Email, in chat and in social media (in French) regarding availability in stock, prices, payment procedure, and delivery of the goods offered on our website or requested by customers (ceramic and porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles)

• order processing in 1C:Enterprise

• overall order monitoring and resolution of related issues (if any)

• translation of website content (blogs, product overviews, etc.)

Required Competencies

• native speaker proficiency, grammatical correctness

• experience in customer care

• experience as translator and interpreter of French would be an asset

• availability of a dedicated Internet access, PC and headset

• amiability and clear communication skills
