Customer Support Specialist with Proficiency in Polish (remote job)

Our basic requirements to seek the common ground:

  • command of Polish (at least C1)
  • experience in customer care (at least 1 year) (experience as translator / interpreter would be an asset)
  • PC, Internet connection, headset.

Core responsibilities:

  • communication with customers in Polish (via chat, Email, phone): product advising, assistance, gathering feedback in order to provide a better website experience
  • order processing in 1C (we’ll teach you)
  • customer care in sensitive situations (in case of unsatisfied customers and claims)
  • translation of website content (blogs, product descriptions), which would also help you to enhance your expertise in the field
